How to Use Our 7 Day Passport Service (Newport HMPO)

1. Book Your Appointment

   Book your own appointment at Newport HM Passport Office.

   Your appointment should be at least 2 days from today. (If you are applying for a lost passport with no name changes, a next-day appointment is fine.)

2. Fill Out Our Form & Make Payment

   After booking, complete our form and make payment.

   This gives us the information we need to assist you.

3. Consultation

   We'll contact you using your preferred method within 1 working hour (phone, WhatsApp, or email), or if you prefer, you can contact us straight away — even before we reach out.

4. Send Your Documents

   After your consultation, send your documents to our PO Box using Next-Day delivery (T24).

   Documents must be sent before 4PM the same day.

   Each day you delay sending your documents will delay your passport by one day. (For lost passports with no name change, no documents are required.)
